We are the creation of nature.The whole universe consists of five basic elements:air, water, earth, fire and space.An old saying       " Yat Brahmande tat Pinde"proves to be true, it means what ever is in the universe,it is in our body.Our body is also made up of these five elements.
"Matter can neither be created nor destroyed.It exists as a various forms of energy in the universe"as quoted by Einstein.The matter changes its form
Similarly Atma changes its body after death.
