Philosophy of Atma

आतमा अजर,अमर,निर्मल और शाश्वत है लेकिन जब उस पर करमों का आवरण छा जाता है वह उसी प्रकार से आचरण करती है । पुण्य करम करने वाली आतमा को पुण्यातमा कहा जाता है और पाप करम करने वाली को पापात्मा ! मनुषय मृत्यु के समय जैसी इच्छा रखता है वैसी ही गति पाता है
बुराडी हत्या कांड मे मरने वालों की इच्छा ईशवर प्राप्ति की थी इसलिये भूतों का तो प्रश्न ही नहीं उठता ! इसलिये डरने की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं है ! वैसे इस विषय में नौं लोगों की हत्या हुईहै और दो ने आत्म हत्या की है वो भी एक मानसिक रोगी और अज्ञानी के कारण !

Truth of life for the welfare of the society.
Every human being is born with three qualities (Guna)
1.Rajo Guna 2.Tamo Guna and 3.Sato Guna.
Nature was created based on these three qualities.These qualities are present in all the creatures in some proportion but each individual has any one quality most prevalent that governs his character and it becomes his nature.Every individual desires according to his nature.
Rajo Guna governed people are greedy to power and wealth,Tamo Guna governed people are lazy who seek physical and carnal pleasure and Sato Guna governed people are the best.They are innocent and honest.
These days quite often it is seen that very small kids,school going girls,young and middle aged women are being gang raped,even the Nuns are not spared.These crimes are committed by the Tamo Guna governed people.
There is a mis conception in the society about it.But the Truth is that "sex is a natural instinct and biological need of a body.There is no need of any opposite sex for its satisfaction.It can be satisfied by it self."
Husband and wife should meet either when they are equally interested or they want to give birth to a child.
This act forcibly done is a rape for both the parties.

इस सत्य को जानते और समझते हुये हम कयों न इस दुनियाँ को इतना सुंदर बना लें यहाँ बार बार जन्म लेने को मन करे !

मेरी चौथी एल्बम बुललेशाह

मेरी चौथी एल्बम बुललेशाह के ईश्वरीय प्रेम पर आधारित है उन्हों ने परमात्मा को अपनी प्रेमिका माना और जीवन भर उन का गुणगान करते रहे ! उन का मानना था कि यह प्रेम एक जन्म का न हो कर कई जन्मों का प्रति फल है।सूफ़ीइजम एक आध्यात्मिक साधना है,उन्हों ने परमात्मा रूपी प्रेमिका को अपनी पत्नी माना और उन की प्रशंसा मे नाचते गाते रहे ! उनकी सोच यह थी कि संसार एक स्वप्न है और जीवन एक लम्बी जुदाई ! बुललेशाह का ईश्वरीय प्रेम अलौकिक था, जहाँ आत्मा परमात्मा मे विलीन हो जाती है !
रांझा जोगीडा बन आया नी । इस रचना मे बुललेशाह कहते हैं कि परमात्मा रूपी
रांझा जोगी का रूप धारण कर के आया है जिस ने मेरे मन को मोह लिया है । इस मे उन्हों ने रांझा की सुंदरता का वर्णन किया है ! क्रमश !

मेरी तीसरी एल्बम मे मैने गुरू नानक देव जी

मेरी तीसरी एल्बम मे मैने गुरू नानक देव जी,सूरदास जी और मीरा बाई की रचनाओं को शामिल किया है ,जो कि विभिन्न रागों पर आधारित है और जीवन के किसी न किसी सत्य को उजागर करती हैं ! प्रेम,त्याग और ज्ञान का आपस का
अटूट सम्बंध है " Love is God and God is Love "प्रेम पूजा की पहली सीढ़ी है । जब तक किसी वस्तु से, प्राणी से और प्रकृति से आत्मीयता स्थापित न
की जाये प्रेम की गहराई को नहीं समझा जा सकता ! प्रेम जब अपनी चरम सीमा
को छूता है तो उस की परिणती भक्ति मे होती है ! संसार के समस्त रिश्ते झूठे हैं,
क्योंकि वह बदलते रहते हैं । ईशवर के प्रति प्रेम ही शाश्वत है यह कभी किसी को निराश नहीं करता !

मेरी फिलोसोफी

मेरी फिलोसोफी आफ लाईफ़,भगवत गीता पर आधारित है । आत्मा क्या है ? मेरे शब्दों मे,"आत्मा एक चेतन तत्व है जो सारे ब्रह्मांड मे व्याप्त है । आधुनिक युग
मे इसे अणु भी कहा जा सकता है यह अणु विशिष्टता लिये हुये है,यह अपने मे करम,विचार,भावनायें और संस्कार समेटे हुये रहता है और यही करमों की गठरी ,
मृत्यु पश्चात दूसरे शरीर मे प्रवेश करती है " मैने अपनी कृतियों को उन कवियों,
संतों की रचनाओं से चुना है जो आत्मा पर आधारित हैं । २० से २२ वर्ष की सतत
साधना के उपरांत मैने अपनी पहली एल्बम "एक ओंकार सिरीज़ पार्ट १." निकाली । यह गुरू नानक देव जी की गुरू वाणी पर आधारित है । इस की सारी
कमपोजीशंस मेरे गुरू कुंदन लाल जी की देन हैं लेकिन भजनों का विस्तार मैने दिया है । क्रमश ।

सारी आप बीती उन के सामने

सारी आप बीती उन के सामने बयॉ कर दी,जिस पर उन्हें बिलकुल भी विश्वासनही हुआ वे कहने लगे कि धर्म के प्रति कट्टर विचार धारा वाली स्त्री का यह केवल फ़ितूर है ! इस सच्चाई को जानने के लिये वह उन के घर पहुँचे और पूछा तो उन्हों ने परिस्थिति की गम्भीरता को देखते हुये नकार दिया । आकर बोले
मैने कहा था कि यह तुम्हारा फ़ितूर है,मै चुप रही,सच्चाई बताना मेरा धर्म था जो मै निभा चुकी थी । इस बात को अधिक महत्व न देते हुये मै आगे बढ़ गई क्यों कि इसी मे सब की भलाई थी ! उस दिन से एक घंटा प्रति दिन ध्यान और संगीत साधना मेरी दिन चर्या बन चुकी थी ।कृष्ण जी ने पंडित कुंदन लाल भूत जी (मेरे
गुरू)से मिलवाया वह केवल महीने मे एक या दो बार आया करते थे मुझे सिखाने के लिये ! क्रमश !

उन प्रशिक्षित महिलाओं द्वारा

उन प्रशिक्षित महिलाओं द्वारा छोटी पेंटिंग बनवा कर हम काटेज इंडस्ट्रीज़ मे पूरे वर्ष चार सप्लाई दिया करते थे,बातिक का काम कुछ एक्सपोर्ट्स के लिये भी करते थे । कृष्ण जी की डिज़ाइन मीरा बाई तोशिबा कम्पनी द्वारा नव वर्ष बतौर
गिफ़्ट ५ लाख पीस का आर्डर मिला लेकिन हस्त शिल्प होने के कारण हम केवल
डेढ़ लाख की सप्लाई ही दे पाये ! समय बीतता गया,मैने अपने जीवन काल मे कोई भी बात अपने पति से नही छुपाई ! पिछले जन्म की यादें,सुप्त अवस्था में थी,एक दिन अचानक किसी को देखने के बाद,तरोताज़ा हो आई और शरीर मे
रासायनिक परिवर्तन होने लगे जैसे मेरी कुंडलिनी जागृत हो गई हो जो विचार आये वह केवल पौराणिक दम्पति जैसे सीता राम कृष्ण रुक्मणी और शिव पार्वती के ही हो सकते हैं ! क्रमश !

ललित कला मंदिर (संगीत विद्यालय कमलानगर )की स्थापना उन्होंनेही की थी ।

उन दिनों भारत -चीन युदध छिड़ा हुआथा,हमने नृत्य नाटिका "मिट्टी की गुड़िया "
जिस मे मुख्य भूमिका मेरी ही थी,प्रस्तुत कर तत्कालीन प्रधान मंत्री नेहरू जी को
एकत्रित धन समर्पित किया ! यू पी एस सी से मेरा चुनाव आकाशवाणी मे हो गया था जहाँ मैने ६ वर्ष तक अपनी सेवायें दीं,इसी बीच मैने पुत्र नितिन को जन्म दिया,कुछ काल उपरांत मेरा ट्रांसफ़र राजकोट कर दिया गया जहाँ मेरा जाना न
मुमकिन था अत: मुझे त्याग पत्र देना पड़ा ! क्रमश !

समाज सेवा मे हम दोनों की रुचि सदैव रही है ।

समाज सेवा मे हम दोनों की रुचि सदैव रही है । कृष्ण जी अपने भव्य व्यक्तित्व के धनी रहे है,ग़रीबी हटाओ नारे के तहत एक दिन वह डी एस आईडी सी के आफिस मे वहाँ के मुखिया से मिले और अपनी प्रपोज़ल दी कि कैसे वह इस मे
योग दान दे सकते हैं ! झुग्गी झोंपड़ी की महिलाओ को बातिक पेंटिंग सिखा कर उन्हें इस योग्य बनाया जाये कि वे अपनी रोज़ी रोटी अर्जित कर सकें और हुआ भी ऐसा ही । इस एवज़ मे हमें दक्षिणी पुरी मे एक शेड आवंटित हो गया ,मैने स्वयं यह कला सीख कर उन सब महिलाओं को सिखाया । कृष्ण जी डिज़ाइनिंग
करते थे और मै बाक़ी सारा काम देखती थी ! सरकार ने ७५ रुपये माह वार प्रति महिला ख़र्चे के लिये देने को कहा था लेकिन दिया नही ! इस प्रकार सारा बोझ हम पर आ गया ! क्रमश !

ग्रीन पार्क के प्रापरटी डीलर महेंद्र जैन

ग्रीन पार्क के प्रापरटी डीलर महेंद्र जैन के यहाँ हम किरायेदार हुआ करते थे । एक दिन वह कृष्ण जी को पलौट दिलवाने,बोली लगवाने के लिये ले गये वह बोले मेरे पास तो पैसे हैं नहीं,महेंद्र जी बोले चिंता मत करिये ! मै हूँ न ! ४५ हज़ार का पलौट हमारे नाम आया उस समय केवल २२हजार रुपये थे शेंष रक़म के लिये एक सप्ताह का समय मिला,इस डील को हम खोना नहीं चाहते थे,अत: एल
जी श्री जगमोहन जी से जा कर मिले,अपना परिचय दिया और अधिक समय माँगा उन्हों ने तुरंत फ़ाईल मे निरदेश दिया कि जब तक यह अपनी सुविधा अनुसार रुपया जमा न करा दें,दबाव न डाला जाये ! इस के बाद हम ने एल आ ई
सी से क़र्ज़ा लेकर भवन निर्माण करवाया और कुछ राशि विदेश मे अपनी कला कृतियाँ बेच कर हासिल की ! क्रमश !

आप ने ईश्वरीय सात्विक प्रेम को गंदगी की संज्ञा दे दी ! ऐसा वही कह सकता है
जिस की बौद्धिक क्षमता निचले स्तर की हो । यह सत्य है "जा की रही भावना जैसी प्रभु मू रत देखी तिन तैसी !"

बचपन से

बचपन से ही धार्मिक विचार और भक्ति रस से ओत प्रोत मै विवाह के प्रति
उदासीन थी । लेकिन अभिभावक कब मानने वाले थे,उन्हें ने कहा "तुम्हें शादी करनी ही होगी वहाँ,जहाँ हम कहेंगे" मैने कहा यदि यह ज़रूरी ही है तो एस कृष्ण जी का नाम मैने लिया,मेरी आत्मा ने जैसा कहा है कि मेरे इस जन्म के पति वे ही हैं,उन से करवा दीजिये ! मैने सदैव अपनी आत्मा की आवाज़ सुनी है और निर्णय लिये हैं । मेरी माता जी,मै उन्हें और वो मुझे बहुत प्यार करतीथीं, उन्हें यह आभास था कि शायद विवाह बाद मैं सुखी नही रह पाऊँ गी,घोर विरोध किया ! अंत में कृष्ण जी के मित्र के घर पर मेरी ससुराल वालों के समक्ष हमारा विवाह सम्पन्न
हुआ साधारण ढंग से ! इस शादी मे मेरे परिवार वालों की ओर से कोई शामिल
नही हुआ ! क्रमश !

मेरा जन्म

मेरा जन्म लाहौर शहर (अब पाकिस्तान ) मे १६.४.१९४०.को हुआ था ।देश विभाजन तो १५ अगस्त १९४७ को हो गया था लेकिन हम सब २१ अगस्त को आख़री भारतीय मिलीटरी ट्रक मे निकले ! रास्ते मे काफ़ी मार काट हो रही थी,प्रापरटी क्लेम के कुछ काग़ज़ात ले कर अमृतसर पहुँचे,वहाँ गुरुद्वारे मे कुछ दिन रुके और लंगर छका उस के बाद दिल्ली की ओर रुख़ किया
यहाँ पर दफ़्तरी क्वार्टर मे रहे जहाँ तीसरी कक्षा तक शिक्षा पाई फिर राजिंदर नगर के सलवान स्कूल से दसवीं पास की । प्रेप से ले कर बी ए तक इंद्रप्रस्थ
कालेज से डिग्री हासिल की । क्रमश !

जीवन मे घटित घटना

जीवन मे घटित घटना के फल स्वरूप मैने ३३ वर्ष की आयु में आत्म साक्षात्कारः कर लिया था । मुझे अपने पिछले कुछ जन्म याद हैं । संसार मे दुख कयों है ? मानव जीवन के सत्यों को जान कर ही जीवन को सुखी बनाया जा सकता है ।
"सत्यों की खोज मेरे जीवन का लक्ष्य "ऐसी ही धारणा को ध्यान मे रख कर मैने
जन्म लिया ,इस के लिये मुझे कितनी ही कठिनाईयों का सामना क्यों न करना पड़े मै जान कर रहूँ गी और दुनियाँ को उस से अवगत कराऊं गी और हुआ भी ऐसा ही ! मेरे ट्वीट्स इस का प्रमाण हैं । मेरे जीवन का उद्देश्य समस्त संसार मे शांति स्थापित करना है,ईशवर के सत्य को जानना और धार्मिक उन्माद समाप्त करना ! मेरे इस पावन मिशन मे आप मेरा साथ दे ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग

हमारा शरीर अग्नि,वायु,जल,पृथ्वी और आकाश तत्वों से मिल कर बना है ।
जब यह पाँचो तत्व संतुलन में रहते हैं तो हम स्वस्थ और प्रसन्न है । लेकिन जब
यह तत्व अपना संतुलन खो बैठते हैं तो हम अस्वस्थ और रोगी हो जाते है ।

Every human being is born with three qualities (Guna)
1.Rajo Guna 2.Tamo Guna and 3.Sato Guna.
Nature was created based on these three qualities.These qualities are present in all the creatures in some proportion but each individual has any one quality most prevalent that governs his character and it becomes his nature.Every individual desires according to his nature.
Rajo Guna governed people are greedy to power and wealth,Tamo Guna governed people are lazy who seek physical and carnal pleasure and Sato Guna governed people are the best.They are innocent and honest.
These days quite often it is seen that very small kids,school going girls,young and middle aged women are being gang raped,even the Nuns are not spared.These crimes are committed by the Tamo Guna governed people.
There is a mis conception in the society about it.But the Truth is that "sex is a natural instinct and biological need of a body.There is no need of any opposite sex for its satisfaction.It can be satisfied by it self."
Husband and wife should meet either when they are equally interested or they want to give birth to a child.
This act forcibly done is a rape for both the parties.

Atma is just like an Atom. It has some peculiar qualities.It stores every action, thought,deed,karma and sanskara and carries it to next life after death.

Describe about life

We are the creation of Nature. Nature has given us a scientific structure of our body. We are 

science in itself. Our physical adaptation of our body has three branches :-

1. Adi Bhautic; which includes our body, animals, trees, plants, etc.;

2. Adi Daivic; which includes nakshatras, planets, the moon and the stars; and, 

3. Adhyatmic; which includes spiritual science.

To study human body and its well being we have to go through these three branches.

The second branch relates to Jyotish because the planets, stars, moon are very far away from us so it is difficult to watch their movement and moreover the experiments have not been done in this field. If adequate funding is made available for experiments in this branch of science, extraordinary results can be obtained. The society can be benefited by this science tremendously.

Aadhyatmic means related to inner self. Experts in this branch have given us a great deal of knowledge of human body's inner and outer self.

Earlier it was believed incorrectly that the sun revolved around the earth, and only with dedicated effort and experimentation was the misconception removed. Even Sir Isaac Newton was made fun of initially who proposed his theory of gravitational force which was only proven by him after dedicated and detailed experimentation. In a similar manner, current day's astrologers, homeopaths, Ayurvedic experts and others in allied scientific lines should not just be condemned or made fun of, rather, they should be supported by adequate encouragement and requisite funding (even if by the state) to be able to conduct relevant experiments to propound their beliefs so that these fields could be expanded and developed further. This holds great future for ancient sciences of India. Only a motivated political will is required.

As far as the bodily diagnostic and remedial paths are concerned, they are all interconnected with each other and they have given some benefits to society by giving their contribution. These paths are Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Biochemy, Unani and  Naturopathy. They have given good results in their respective fields but barring Allopathy, all other branches require requisite funds for experimentation. If they could have this, they can give incredibly beneficial results.

This is my belief.
